Regal Rexnord seeks a Senior Director of SIOP Materials Management to lead demand planning, master scheduling, inventory control and supplier relationships across the division. The role balances demand and supply, improves material flow, and aligns facilities to the SIOP plan while driving cost savings.

Candidates should have 10+ years in materials management, global leadership experience, and strong analytics with cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, operations and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain materials management or logistics.
• 5+ years leadership/management experience in global operations.
• Proven track record in overseeing global supply chain, inventory control, procurement and supplier relationships.
• Ability to optimize inventory and reduce costs while ensuring production needs.
• Proficiency in supply chain analytics and data driven decision making tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in a multicultural environment.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally as required.

Responsabilités

• Develop a vision and long-term strategy related to the process, systems, and skills roadmap for materials management and SIOP function across the division, aligned with the broader Regal Rexnord organization.
• Identify opportunities to develop, improve or simplify processes for supplier management, order fulfillment, inventory management and materials management.
• Manage business risks by implementing resolutions and diversifying supplier base across in-plant materials management and supply chain management function.
• Ensure SIOP plan is set to meet customer expectations and align manufacturing facilities to support plan.
• Identify and implement total supply chain improvements; increase visibility to assist in inventory reduction and on-time delivery; pursue systems/process enhancements to reduce costs.
