Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Manager II, Materials to lead material planning, purchasing, and supplier performance for a $40M+ annual spend. You will drive strategic supply chain initiatives, work cross-functionally, and lead a team across materials planning, procurement, and logistics to support growth and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include developing cost-saving initiatives, managing supplier scorecards, and aligning SIOP with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in materials management, business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years in a Materials Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies and supply chain management principles.
• Experience managing purchasing, inventory control, and supplier performance in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic supply chain plans to optimize purchasing spend.
• Lead purchasing activities, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and sourcing strategies.
• Develop and maintain cost savings pipelines and drive cost-reduction projects.
• Evaluate make-versus-buy decisions and negotiate MRO agreements.
