Job summary

Regal Rexnord, a global industrial manufacturer, is hiring a senior Materials Manager II at the Florence, KY site. This role oversees all aspects of materials management, including planning, purchasing, inventory, scheduling, logistics, and supplier management, to optimize delivery, costs, and working capital.

The position partners with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Customer Care, and Corporate Supply Chain to drive performance and build a scalable materials organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; minimum 8 years in materials/supply chain roles.
• Experience leading planning, purchasing, inventory, scheduling, and logistics in manufacturing.
• Strong ERP/MRP, inventory optimization, and SIOP process experience.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads Planning, Purchasing, Scheduling, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping, and Logistics teams to define and execute materials strategy.
• Manages inventory performance, including availability, value, accuracy, turns, and days on hand.
• Establishes inventory strategies, safety stock, and planning parameters for purchased and manufactured components.
• Owns SIOP materials planning, capacity planning, and forecasting.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Corporate Supply Chain to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cash flow.
• Drive on-time delivery and optimize working capital through forecasting and order fulfillment.
