Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a Senior Director, Supply Chain to provide division leadership for sourcing, procurement, and materials management across Motion Control Systems and Micro Motion brands. Hybrid work with onsite presence and remote flexibility is available.

You will drive enterprise commodity strategies, supplier partnerships, and inventory optimization, collaborating with Engineering and Quality on new product development and cost-to-design initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sourcing, materials, or supply chain leadership in complex global manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading multi-site, multi-business organizations with senior leadership accountability.
• Strong background in strategic sourcing, materials planning, inventory optimization, and supplier management.
• Proven ability to drive improvements in cost, delivery, quality and working capital.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end sourcing and materials strategy for MCS and MM.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, contracting and performance management for key suppliers.
• Drive standardized materials planning and inventory management across sites; monitor OTD, inventory turns, PPV, working capital.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering and Quality to support NPI, capacity transitions and demand volatility.
• Provide strategic advisory to leadership on supply chain risks, trade-offs and investments.
