Job summary

TalentPluto, Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative in San Francisco to drive multi-channel outbound, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person outreach, while shaping the outbound motion with the head of growth and a co-founder.

You will qualify both inbound and outbound interest, book demos, and help build and optimize the outbound systems. Prior sales experience is welcome but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel outbound across cold calling, email, and LinkedIn, plus in-person outreach
• Qualify inbound and outbound interest and book demos that convert
• Build and improve the outbound systems and tooling the team runs on, rather than only working the existing playbook
• Partner with the head of growth and a co-founder on go-to-market strategy and execution
• Support demand generation alongside the marketing and customer teams
• Feed what you learn in the market back into positioning and messaging
