Qualifikationen

• Experience in a B2B SaaS SDR or BDR role.
• Proven ability to hit meeting and pipeline targets.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound calling and emailing.
• Ability to build processes rather than follow existing playbooks.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willing to work onsite in San Francisco.

Aufgaben

• Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation end to end
• Build and iterate outbound sequences, target lists and account plans from scratch
• Run high-volume outbound across calls and email against a clear meetings target
• Qualify inbound and outbound interest and hand off cleanly to the sales team
• Feed market and objection signal back into positioning and messaging
• Help stand up the tooling and process an outbound function needs
