Robbins Research International in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a results-driven sales professional to enroll clients into Tony Robbins events, both live and virtual. You will work a warm database, making 120–150 outbound dials daily, with a base salary of $36,000 and uncapped commission.
The Year 1 OTE ranges from $90,000 to $120,000, with paid 90-day training. This is a high-volume, high-impact role focused on attendance, enrollments, and building a scalable book of business.
Location: On-Site, Scottsdale, AZ
Compensation: Base + Commission (OTE: $90,000 to $120,000 in Year 1)
For nearly five decades Tony Robbins has filled arenas. Unleash the Power Within, Date With Destiny, Mastery University. Live and virtual, from anywhere on the planet, people show up, leave different than they arrived.
This role drives attendance and enrollments to Tony's most sought after programs. You work a warm database of people who already raised their hand, find out what is actually not working in their life, and get them in the room, live or virtual. Then you stay with them after the event. They come back, they upgrade, they refer their people. Your book compounds.
This is a volume + impact role. 120-150+ dials a day, ticket prices around $1,000, and a commission rate that climbs the more you sell. Six figures is the target, not the ceiling.
Uncapped commission from day one. Year 1 OTE is $90,000 to $120,000, built on a $36,000 base salary with paid 90-day training.
You bring no ego, coachability, and a true desire to grow and develop your sales craft through coaching. We care more about production and activity tolerance than the exact number of years, but this is not an entry-level role.
Most sales roles ask you to sell someone something they want. This one asks you to enroll someone into a decision that changes their health, their relationships, their business, and their sense of what is possible. The conversations are real, the stakes are real, and the people on the other end of the phone remember them for years.
