Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR operations/administration experience.
• Experience supporting multiple locations is preferred.
• Knowledge of onboarding, employee records, benefits, and leave administration.
• Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding steps, new-hire docs, orientation, and checks.
• Serve as first point of contact for policies, benefits, leave, and HR processes.
• Manage changes and offboarding documentation accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain confidential employee files and HRIS records.
• Administer benefits enrollment and coordinate with vendors.
• Partner with payroll, recruiting, and HR leadership to ensure consistency.
• Support recruiting with scheduling, offers, and communications.
• Track performance review schedules and related documentation.
• Coordinate training, policy acknowledgments, and audits.
