Job summary

LHH Recruitment is seeking an HR Coordinator to join a growing team near the Phoenix/Tempe border. This full-time, onsite role supports day-to-day HR operations and onboarding while maintaining employee records and HR documentation.

You will assist with recruiting, benefits administration, and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with HR policies. A Monday–Friday, on-site schedule and a strong eye for detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous HR or HR administrative experience a MUST!
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, fully onsite

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions
• Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with recruiting, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication
• Support benefits administration and employee questions
• Assist with payroll and timekeeping processes
• Help ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team
