Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years in HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative support; healthcare preferred.
• aPHR certification is a plus.
• Attention to detail with ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Warm, professional communication with candidates, employees, and leaders.
• Discretion with confidential information and adherence to policies.
• Comfort with ADP, Excel, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Keep hiring movement for candidates and leaders; set up requisitions and post jobs in ADP Workforce Now and on external boards.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications for Talent Acquisition Partners.
• Initiate and track background checks and notices; prepare offers and manage rehires.
• Coordinate pre-boarding, I-9 and E-Verify on day one; set up ADP access and orientation.
• Track licenses and certifications; renewals and reminders; report lapses and completion.
• Handle offboarding, responses to verification requests, and maintain records in ADP.
• Manage HR inbox, route inquiries, and keep SharePoint organized; support events and surveys.
