Job summary

ONE (Open Network Exchange) in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle. This on-site role covers onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, HRIS administration, leave, and offboarding.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment while upholding company standards and employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced or multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, recruiting, HRIS, and HR administration.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling confidential employee matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR resource for employees and managers on policies, performance, attendance, conduct, and relations.
• Partner with managers to address performance and conduct issues promptly and consistently.
• Support investigations by gathering information, interviewing, reviewing documents, and preparing summaries.
• Assist with coaching, warnings, performance improvement plans, and other corrective actions.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure onboarding, background checks, and pre-employment requirements are completed.
