Job summary

Cardone Ventures in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Event Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Events team across high-volume workshops and live events. The role requires strong organization and a passion for improving processes and event experiences.

On-site at our Scottsdale, AZ office, this position demands managing event logistics, registrations, and collaboration with the Client Concierge team to align attendance and payment status. 2+ years in event management preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Event Management experience.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Public Relations or relevant field is preferred.
• Substantial experience with G-Suite (Slides and Docs).

Responsibilities

• Set up events to plan and execute logistics, ensuring venue readiness.
• Assist with team packet creation and assign duties, F&B details, and location on tracker.
• Move staff travel receipts to Google Drive and coordinate bookings; cover team duties as needed.
• Lead registration and check-in to ensure smooth event day operations.
