Job summary

Alliance Defending Freedom in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Cvent Coordinator to build and manage registration sites, event apps, and onsite registration, guiding the full site lifecycle from planning to live maintenance.

You will coordinate with event teams, train staff, ensure data integrity, and analyze mobile app analytics to improve attendee experience and outcomes. The role requires attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and willingness to grow within the Cvent platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building Cvent registration, event app, and onsite registration sites.
• Excellent project and time management across multiple builds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary builder and subject-matter expert for Cvent Registration, OnArrival (onsite), and Attendee Hub (mobile app).
• Coordinate with Event Coordinators and stakeholders to gather requirements and build multi-session registration sites.
• Manage attendee communications and promotional outreach for each event.
• Design event reporting to support evaluation and decision-making.
• Develop and manage project timelines across simultaneous events.
• Train staff on Cvent site/app functionality and create training resources.
• Maintain integrity of Cvent data, including mobile app analytics.
• Research and implement Cvent improvements.
