M Culinary Concepts is seeking a detail-oriented Special Events Coordinator to join our Phoenix team. You will support planning, administrative tasks, client communications, and onsite event execution, with opportunities to independently manage smaller client programs.

The role emphasizes hospitality, organization, and cross-functional collaboration, building a career in catering and events within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering, hospitality, food & beverage, events or related environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and update event files: BEOs, menus, guest counts, and dietary details.
• Prepare client-facing menus, signage, and event materials.
• Maintain event files, trackers, and planning documents accurately.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, and track actions and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Project Management.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients and manage small events.
