Job summary

Cardone Ventures is seeking an AV Technician to deliver a seamless, high‑quality audiovisual experience for live events, internal meetings, and digital productions. This onsite role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure, with weekend availability.

Based in Scottsdale, AZ, you will configure, test, and maintain equipment, support live streaming, and ensure branding consistency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in live AV production or corporate events.
• Experience with Blackmagic, Sennheiser, and audio mixers.
• Familiarity with macOS and Windows; Tricaster, OBS, or vMix is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flawless execution of live AV at events.
• Diagnose and resolve real-time technical issues with minimal disruption.
• Prepare, configure, and test all AV equipment before events.
• Disassemble and maintain AV gear post-event.
• Support live streaming and recording workflows.
• Document setups and manage inventory.
