Percepta LLC in Melbourne, Florida is seeking a Sales Representative to engage with retail customers, quote products, and guide the sales process from start to finish on-site. You will reach out to the existing customer base, respond to inquiries, and work to meet monthly revenue targets.

You’ll provide prompt service via phone and email, maintain product knowledge, and close sales while collaborating with a team in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
• Achieving targets and closing sales.
• 6 months or more of Customer Service experience.
• Technical aptitude to include typing skills and ability to use Microsoft Office.
• Able to manage client relationships and work in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Recommend, quote and provide product knowledge for retail customers.
• Identify and handle sales opportunities and manage inbound inquiries.
• Reach out to existing customer base via phone and email.
• Carry the sales process from end to end and meet monthly targets.
• Maintain knowledge of products and brand and negotiate to close sales.
• Handle calls from existing customers and convert inquiries into sales.
