Job summary

Ultipro in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Retail Sales Manager who partners with the Store Manager to lead and develop the retail sales team, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role maintains a strong presence on the sales floor and coaches Retail Sales Associates.

You will support daily store operations, act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence, monitor performance, and foster a positive, accountable selling culture.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexible availability, including extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Retail Sales Associates to meet and exceed sales goals and metrics.
• Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor and role model selling approach.
• Coach sales techniques and ensure training is completed.
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Monitor sales and operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create a positive, engaging work environment and recognize strong performance.
• Coach and develop employees through regular feedback and conversations.
• Assist with hiring, performance management, promotions, transfers, and other employment decisions.
• Ensure policies, timekeeping, attendance, and standards are followed.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while balancing guest satisfaction and business needs.
