Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry‑level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to grow into a Branch Manager role. The role focuses on originating loan business, educating customers on lending options, and guiding applicants through the process.

You will support recruitment and training while driving sales goals and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience. The position is 100% onsite in the Alabama area with a competitive base salary of $45,000 per year plus an uncapped monthly bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance, with a satisfactory driving record.
• Must pass criminal background history, credit history and pre-employment drug screen.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion; relocation package provided for moves over 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Originating new loan business by contacting customers and identifying needs.
• Educate customers on lending services and how to improve credit or consolidate debt.
• Assist customers through the loan application process and make reminders as needed.
• Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, and make credit decisions.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and developing sales plans to meet goals.
