Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) in Alabama, offering a clear path to management. The role is onsite, with a paid training program of 18–24 months to prepare for promotion to Branch Manager.

A full relocation package is provided for promotions, and compensation includes an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus. The position focuses on helping customers reach personal finance goals, originating loans, conducting risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion; full relocation package for moves over 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding their needs.
• Evaluate loan applications and perform risk analysis to support credit decisions.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales plan implementation.
• Promote core values and ensure an outstanding customer experience with each interaction.
