Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC in Foley, Alabama is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to grow into a Branch Manager role. You will complete an 18–24 month paid training program, learn branch operations, and then manage your own branch, with relocation assistance provided for promotions.

You will help customers meet financial goals, originate new loan business, educate on lending services, and support loan closings and insurance claims.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; Business, Finance, Sales or related field preferred.
• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loan origination and provide consumer loan options.
• Educate customers on lending services, credit improvement, and debt consolidation.
• Support branch operations, recruitment, and training as needed.
• Promote company values and ensure outstanding customer experience.
• Assist Branch Manager with sales goals and relocation considerations.
