Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to grow with a financial services leader known for its community involvement. You will learn branch operations, manage loan applications, and help drive sales while developing leadership skills in a 100% onsite role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1+ year of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion and relocation package available.
• Background/credit checks and pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing.

Responsabilités

• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services and credit improvement.
• Guide customers through loan applications and payments while meeting sales goals.
• Assist in recruiting and training staff and developing plans to meet branch targets.
• Support a positive customer experience and promote company values.
