Job summary

Everstory Partners in Cincinnati is seeking a Sales Manager to lead all sales initiatives across multiple locations. You will develop and mentor frontline Sales Counselors and drive performance through a customer-focused experience.

The role requires strong leadership, ethics, and the ability to work onsite with regular travel across the geographic region. A base salary ranges from $65,000 to $72,000 plus an incentive bonus plan tied to site performance.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership, customer service, sales and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and train sales personnel.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to obtain licensing within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales staff to attain sales goals.
• Monitor location production and develop the sales team.
• Direct hiring, promotion, and training of staff per policies.
• Ensure strong client presentations and cross-department communication.
• Daily evaluations of sales activity with recommendations.
• Coordinate scheduling to ensure coverage.
