Qualifications

• 5+ years management experience in client relations, hospitality, or veterinary industry.
• Demonstration of excellent client service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in all Client Services job duties.
• Manage all Care Center Client Services Representatives (Cincinnati/Dayton).
• Create and oversee scheduling templates, PTO requests, and payroll needs in conjunction with the Client Services Team Support.
• Promote a positive, empathetic atmosphere within the hospital to meet client experience goals.
• Oversee client financial estimate workflows and accounts receivable goals in conjunction with Finance Manager.
