Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Manager to lead all sales initiatives and drive performance through a customer-focused experience. You will develop frontline Sales Counselors and collaborate across departments to meet location goals.

The role requires empathy, strong leadership, and the ability to present options to families in their time of need. Availability includes evenings and weekends; travel within the geographic region served will be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of sales experience with proven track record, preferably in a B2C industry.
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Proven leadership ability, excellent customer service, sales and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and train sales personnel; manage employee relations and performance issues.
• Capable of increasing sales in a competitive environment.
• Enjoys interacting and collaborating with others in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales staff to attain sales goals.
• Monitor production at location and develop the sales team.
• Provide direction in hiring, promotion, and training of staff while adhering to company policies.
• Deliver effective presentations to current and potential clients to maximize results.
• Communicate regularly with all departments to support location needs.
• Evaluate sales activity daily to propose best practices.
• Coordinate employee scheduling to ensure coverage at all times.
