Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Counselors across multiple locations in Kentucky. This onsite role drives sales performance and customer-focused experiences for families in need.

You will hire, train, and coach staff, monitor location results, and coordinate scheduling and client interactions. Availability for evenings, weekends, and travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of sales experience with proven track record.
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to client homes and work evenings/weekends.
