Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Manager to lead onsite sales across multiple locations, driving performance and a customer-focused experience. You will develop frontline Sales Counselors and guide recruitment, training, and daily sales activities.

The role requires a minimum of 3+ years in sales with leadership experience, strong communication, and a willingness to travel locally. Base salary is $60,000–$70,000 with an incentive plan; onsite only.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with proven track record.
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Proven leadership ability, excellent customer service, sales and communication skills.
• Capable of developing methods to increase sales in a competitive environment.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with sales staff to ensure attainment of sales goals.
• Monitoring location production and developing the sales team.
• Hiring, promotion, and training of assigned staff per policy.
• Maximizing results from client presentations and proposals.
• Frequent cross-department communication to support location needs.
• Daily evaluations of sales activity with recommendations.
