Everstory Partners in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Sales Manager to lead all sales initiatives across multiple locations. This fully onsite role emphasizes developing frontline Sales Counselors and driving performance through a customer-first experience.

Base salary ranges $65,000–$72,000 with an incentive bonus plan tied to site performance; travel and evening/weekend availability are required. You will collaborate with sales staff to meet goals, monitor location performance, hire and train

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of sales experience with proven track record.
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Proven leadership ability, excellent customer service, sales and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and train sales personnel; can appropriately handle employee relations and performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with sales staff to ensure the attainment of sales goals.
• Monitoring production at location and developing the sales team.
• Providing direction in the hiring, promotion, and training of assigned staff, ensuring company policies are followed.
• Ensures the best possible results from presentations to current and potential clients.
• Communicating frequently with all departments to ensure support of location needs.
• Daily evaluations of sales activity in order to provide recommendations and best practices.
• Coordinating employee scheduling to ensure coverage at all times.
