Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Leader to drive performance for our Saint Peter & Paul Cemetery operations in Springfield, PA. This fully onsite role requires prior death care sales leadership experience and a strong track record of growing sales teams.

Base salary range is $90,000–$110,000 with an incentive plan that can push total earnings to approximately $250,000–$300,000 based on site performance.

Qualifications

• Must have prior sales leadership experience in death care industry.
• Not remote or hybrid; onsite presence required across locations.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead all sales initiatives and practices.
• Develop front line Sales Counselors and drive performance.
• Provide direction in hiring, promotion and training of staff.
• Ensure effective client presentations and follow-up with clients.
• Coordinate with departments to support location needs.
• Regularly evaluate sales activity and implement best practices.
• Schedule staff to ensure coverage at all times.
