Vensure Employer Solutions in Duluth, GA is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to design and deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing education for the sales organization. You will collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure effective content, tools, and processes.

The role emphasizes coaching, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement of sales enablement programs to drive revenue growth and field performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in B2B sales.

Responsabilidades

• Set the culture and expectations for success by welcoming new hires and creating an environment that fosters confidence, collaboration, and high performance.
• Facilitate onboarding and training sessions reinforcing knowledge, best practices, and process adoption for rapid field application.
• Lead workshops to build seller proficiency, strengthen product understanding, and align with company goals.
• Deliver ongoing education programs (Everboarding) to keep the field informed on evolving processes and tools.
• Respond to ad-hoc training needs based on product launches and performance gaps with timely support.
• Coach sellers and sales leaders through Field Handoff sessions with actionable feedback.
• Partner with sales, revenue operations, marketing, and product teams to align training with priorities and messaging.
• Support adoption of critical sales tools and processes by guiding best practices and troubleshooting.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and metrics, adjusting as needed.
