Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Duluth, GA is seeking a sales enablement professional to provide learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth. You will partner with the sales leaders and enablement team to deploy and maintain training across the organization.

This role focuses on onboarding, workshops, and ongoing education (Everboarding), and collaborates with sales, revenue operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure training aligns with priorities and messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Experience in sales enablement, marketing, or learning management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set expectations for onboarding and high performance.
• Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for rapid field application.
• Lead workshops to build seller proficiency and product understanding.
• Deliver ongoing education program (Everboarding) and evolve processes.
• Coordinate with sales, revenue operations, marketing, and product teams to align training with priorities.
• Support adoption of sales tools and troubleshoot challenges.
• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs based on feedback.
