Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a Sales Enablement professional to develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training. You will partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure effective content and tools, while coaching sellers to improve performance and adoption of new processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in sales enablement, marketing, or learning management.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and best practices.
• Demonstrates confident mastery of content with practical examples.
• Strong project management with ownership and deadlines.
• Understanding of payroll, benefits, and HR service functionalities.
• Detail-oriented with focus on high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Set the culture and expectations for success by welcoming new hires and creating an environment of confidence and high performance.
• Facilitate onboarding and training sessions reinforcing proprietary knowledge and process adoption.
• Lead virtual and in-person workshops to build seller proficiency and product understanding.
• Deliver ongoing continued education (Everboarding) on evolving processes and tools.
• Respond to ad-hoc training needs based on product launches and performance gaps.
• Coach and mentor sellers and sales leaders through Field Handoff sessions.
• Partner with sales, revenue operations, marketing, and product teams to align training with priorities.
• Guide adoption of critical sales tools and processes and troubleshoot challenges.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and metrics and adjust as needed.
