Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Sales Enablement professional to provide learning materials, content, and resources that drive growth. You will partner with sales and enablement teams to deploy and maintain training, ensuring measurable impact across the organization.

The role emphasizes onboarding, workshops, and ongoing education to improve seller performance and alignment with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in B2B sales.
• Experience in sales, sales enablement, marketing, or learning management; strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Set the culture and expectations for success; welcome new hires and foster high performance.
• Facilitate onboarding and training sessions to reinforce knowledge and practices.
• Lead workshops to build seller proficiency and align with company goals.
• Deliver ongoing education programs (Everboarding) for evolving processes, tools, and offerings.
• Coach sellers and sales leaders through Field Handoff and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with sales, revenue ops, marketing, and product teams to align training with priorities.
• Support adoption of sales tools and process improvements.
• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust for impact and engagement.
