Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present content clearly and engage learners in both virtual and in-person settings.
• Experience working in sales, sales enablement, marketing, or learning management; strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and best practices, with preferred experience supporting channel partner sales.
• Demonstrates confident mastery of content; explains ideas simply and uses relevant examples to bring concepts to life.
• Strong project management skills with a sense of ownership; consistently meets deadlines and maintains organized files and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Set the culture and expectations for success by welcoming new hires and creating an environment that fosters confidence, collaboration, and high performance.
• Facilitate onboarding and training sessions with proprietary knowledge, best practices, and process adoption for rapid field application.
• Lead workshops to build seller proficiency, strengthen product understanding, and align with company goals.
• Deliver ongoing education programs that keep the field informed on evolving processes, tools, and offerings.
• Respond to ad-hoc training needs based on product launches and performance gaps, ensuring timely support.
• Coach sellers and sales leaders through Field Handoff sessions, providing actionable feedback to drive success.
• Partner with sales, revenue operations, marketing, and product teams to align training initiatives with priorities.
• Support adoption of critical sales tools and processes by guiding sellers through best practices.
