Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions, the largest privately held HR technology and services provider in Chandler, Arizona, is seeking a Sales Enablement specialist to empower sales leaders with learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth.

You will partner with sales, revenue operations, marketing, and product teams to deploy training, run workshops, and deliver ongoing education programs while measuring impact and aligning with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in B2B sales or related enablement roles.

Responsibilities

• Set culture and expectations for new hires to foster confidence, collaboration, and high performance.
• Facilitate onboarding and training sessions reinforcing knowledge and best practices for rapid field application.
• Lead workshops to build seller proficiency, strengthen product understanding, and align with company goals.
• Deliver ongoing education programs (Everboarding) to keep teams informed on processes, tools, and offerings.
• Respond to ad-hoc training needs based on product launches and performance gaps, ensuring timely support.
• Coach sellers and leaders through Field Handoff sessions, providing actionable feedback to drive success.
• Partner with sales, revenue operations, marketing and product to align training with priorities and messaging.
• Monitor training effectiveness via feedback and metrics and adjust to improve impact.
