Job summary

MRO is seeking an ROI Specialist to provide on-site support at client facilities in Reno, NV. The role involves reviewing requests to determine eligible records for release, logging interactions in the ROI On-Line system, and communicating with requesters by phone or walk-in.

Candidates should have at least one year of data entry experience, strong attention to detail, and knowledge of HIPAA regulations. Prior ROI experience is a plus, and a High School Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience entering data into computer systems.
• HIPAA knowledge is preferred.
• Experience handling medical records or ROI is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Determine records to release by reviewing requests in HIPAA compliance.
• Answer phone calls regarding ROI issues.
• Assist walk-in customers and log information into ROI On-Line.
• Process requests from physician offices and fax information as needed.
• Log and scan medical record requests into ROI On-Line.
• Handle cash payments at sites where applicable.
• Work independently to meet production goals.
• Demonstrate proficiency with computer applications and internet use.
