MRO Corporation is seeking an ROI Specialist to support on-site ROI requests for patient records in Dyer, IN.

You will review requests, determine records to release under HIPAA, log and scan documents in the ROI On-Line system, and assist customers by phone or in person while ensuring compliance with policies. This is an on-site role with client facilities across the United States, and MRO offers an engaging work environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience entering data into computer systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet production goals.
• Strong verbal communication and customer inquiry responsiveness.

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review ROI requests and determine records to release per HIPAA guidelines with client data.
• Answer ROI related phone calls and assist walk-in customers.
• Log and track requests in the ROI On-Line database.
• Process physician office requests and fax information as needed.
• Scan records into ROI On-Line and ensure compliance with policies.
• Handle and record cash payments at sites where required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
