Parts Authority in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Returns Warehouse Associate to handle the intake of driver returns, verify items, and open boxes to confirm contents. You will separate returns into core, defect, and new, label cores and defects, and reallocate merchandise to other stores.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs; prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Follow directions accurately, both written and verbal.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach for long periods.
• Must have open availability and be able to work varied shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Open all boxes to ensure returned items are correct and match items sold by the company.
• Separate returns into core, defect and new categories.
• Place account number stickers on cores and defects.
• Redistribute new merchandise to other stores.
• Enter each returned item into the computer system.
• Assist in creating negative purchase orders with the team.
• Collaborate with sales staff and managers on returns issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
