You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate their tax needs while supporting Intuit’s mission of Powering Prosperity Around the World. You’ll work on-site assisting customers with full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support, building long-term relationships and driving local client growth with

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Aufgaben

• Serve as TurboTax expert at retail or flagship location, in-person, 20+ hours/week.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Assist in growing TurboTax client base and building long-term relationships in the community.
