Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and advice to in-person customers, acting as a trusted advisor and community ambassador.

The role emphasizes tax expertise, entrepreneurship, and customer growth within local communities, with a focus on service quality and long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local marketing and relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit tools.
