Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, calculations, and software support to in-person customers, leveraging your knowledge to tailor solutions to each client’s situation. You will also play a key role in growing TurboTax’s client base in the local community, establishing long-term relationships, and driving customer loyalty

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships with clients in-person.
