Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts, working on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide hands-on tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and personalized support to customers in person, helping them navigate complex tax scenarios and secure optimal refunds.

As a proactive community ambassador, you’ll attract new clients, build lasting relationships, and leverage marketing resources to grow

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual tax returns.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and advice to customers at the TurboTax Retail location.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and plan future taxes.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and relationship-building in the community.
