Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to serve on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, assisting in-person customers with tax preparation and software support. You will advise on deductions, optimize returns, and deliver personalized guidance in a friendly, practical manner.

You will also help grow the local client base, participate in community events, and maintain a high standard of customer service while working in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 federal/state returns with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide full service tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform calculations and software/product support for TurboTax.
• Grow TurboTax client base by attracting new local clients and building relationships.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador and represent TurboTax locally.
