Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing the local client base and building long-term relationships within the community.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, tax knowledge, and the ability to engage with clients in a retail setting, including potential marketing collaboration and a strong pay-for-performance

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license preferred with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers (simple to complex).
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, and plan future taxes.
• Deliver personalized tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
