Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll assist customers with simple to complex tax needs, offer guidance, and leverage marketing support to grow your local client base.

You’ll represent TurboTax in person, build relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience, working in a fast-paced, front-facing retail environment to help clients prosper.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license with strong tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes; state licenses/certificates may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds; plan ahead.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in a retail tax setting.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and marketing support.
