Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to help customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, tailoring solutions to each client’s situation.

You will grow the local client base, contribute to marketing efforts, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while working onsite in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours/week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
