Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to help customers navigate their tax needs and build long-term relationships in the community.

This role requires on-site presence, strong tax expertise, and a customer‑facing orientation. Weekend availability and a willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform are expected as part of a

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN in good standing to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: represent TurboTax locally, engage with prospects, nurture leads, and help convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide Tax Expertise: give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for individuals and businesses, including deductions optimization and planning.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience: ensure professional, empathetic service and build long-term trust with clients, both in person and via TurboTax tools.
