Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while building a local client base and trusted relationships within the community. The role emphasizes in-person service, proactive outreach, and a strong customer-focus to help clients maximize refunds and plan for future tax needs.

Formación

• Active EA/CPA license preferred and PTIN in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax filing experience with federal and state returns.
• Ability to work onsite in a TurboTax retail or flagship location, including weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and helpful for community outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax in local areas.
• Provide hands-on tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve their financial goals.
