Intuit, Inc. is seeking committed TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted tax advisor, helping customers prepare returns, optimize deductions, and plan for future tax needs while engaging with the local community. The role emphasizes in-person client service, local marketing collaboration, and a front-facing retail environment with a flexible part-time schedule (minimum 20 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses/certificates/permits/bonds.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Lead local marketing efforts and engage with the community to grow TurboTax client base.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with professionalism and a focus on financial goals for clients.
• Build long-term relationships and nurture referrals through onsite, in-person interactions.
