Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, applying your tax expertise in a local community setting.

You will be a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate tax challenges, grow the local client base, and build lasting relationships while leveraging Intuit's marketing resources and tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Lead local marketing and outreach to grow the client base.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Assist clients using TurboTax products and software.
