Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts, working onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving in-person customers and building local client bases through community engagement. A strong tax background and ability to connect with clients are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred
• PTIN registration required to file taxes
• Must be able to obtain relevant State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience filing federal/state returns using professional software
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Onsite work at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location 20+ hours/week
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Responsabilités

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public-facing ambassador
• Nurture leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
• Lead local marketing activities and make taxes approachable for the community
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for simple to complex returns
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and plan future taxes
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term client relationships
